Liability Release/Agreement to Abide by Rules

Participation and attendance in any and all events and/or activities are at your own risk. You agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor, instructors, farm/property owners, animal owners, employees, and anyone involved with the event/activity from any liability what-so-ever. Your participation is at your own free will and entirely at your own risk. No claims of any type against the sponsor, instructors, farm/property owners, animal owners, employees, and anyone involved with the event/activity may be made by you, your heirs or assigns.

During the events and/or activities, photos and/or videos may be taken. You agree that these images may be used in personal or commercial applications without any further permissions or compensations.

During the events and/or activities, guidelines and rules are relayed both in signs posted and by verbal instructions from staff. You agree to follow all guidelines and instructions; they are to make the events/activities safe, fun, and sustainable for all involved. Failure to follow rules after warning may result in request to leave the property without a refund.
